Nicholas Delailomaloma (Premium Build) now known as Cyprus Build  first carried out carpentry work for me at my business, Butterfly Creek here in Auckland, New Zealand. I was impressed with Nick's willingness, his work ethic and his standards of workmanship. I then retained Nick to construct a new 380m2 architecturally designed house. The build was located on a difficult site with reduced access and founded on rock. Nick's role included all the tasks expected of a typical new build in New Zealand including foundations, timber floor structure, wall and roof framings, insulation, interior linings, installation of doors and windows and weatherboard cladding. Nick approached the project in a very willing and conscientious manner. He was at all times extremely hard working, honest and reliable and his work was always to a high standard. I would certainly utilise Nick's services again should he return to New Zealand.
